Ayanna has been with the Family Dental Care of Oak Park team since 2015! Ayanna started as a Dental Assistant, and eventually after holding many titles, progressed to Practice Manager, and is now in Corporate Management. She received a certificate from The University of Notre Dame in Executive Leadership and Management in 2022. Now, Ayanna’s main focus is on YOU! As Patient Happiness Coordinator, Ayanna is devoted to improving your experience in our dental office. Her goal is to create an experience and environment that will make going to the dentist more positive! Ayanna is also the Wellness Director at our 20/30 Fast Track/Oak Park IL Wellness Center. Learning about oral-systemic connections, she quickly realized where the issues were in the “corporate dental and wellness world”. Mainly, no customer service and no quality dental care. As our Wellness Director and Patient Happiness Coordinator, she will ensure that your experience and service is superb. Dr. Scapillato is the only person she would ever trust with her dental care, so she can confidently say there is a high quality guarantee. Ayanna is currently learning American Sign Language.
